D1VISION Catchers Camp Series with Coach Liz Young

Train with Coach Liz Young, a former Professional Catcher, Division I College Coach, and current DIII Assistant Coach at Lake Forest College. She provides the energy, enthusiasm, and tools each athlete needs to compete at the highest level and get recruited!

Athletes will focus on both the mental and physical aspects of catching, learning what it takes to be an effective leader behind the plate, support teammates, and keep the pitcher on track.

Discover methods to connect with pitchers effectively, communicate during high-pressure situations, and refocus them.
